This coffee is produced by the Itumpi Agricultural Marketing Cooperative Society (AMCOS), a growers society with 160 members. Coffee is delivered to a central washing station where it is blended and sorted before being separated out based on quality.  Microlot selections represent the highest-scoring lots of the day.

This coffee brews up a sweet, juicy cup with hints of green apple, blackberry, and caramel. A slightly heavier mouthfeel paired with a nicely balanced acidity play off the notes to give us fruit pie vibes.
