We believe in having a coffee for everyone. While the specialty coffee industry (ourselves included) can quickly become enthralled with lightly roasted, higher-acidity coffees, this can easily become an avenue of exclusivity for people whose palate prefers something different. Not to mention, it excludes producers who might not always be capable of growing those coffees.
Enter our second dark roast option, for those of us who like a little bit more developed and classical flavors in our cups. This coffee is a darker roasted version of our Colombia Cauca coffee produced by ASMUCAFE, a cooperative of all women coffee producers.
