This microlot comes to us from Marcos Cabrera of Finca Genesis in La Paz, the most well known coffee growing region of Bolivia. This coffee is naturally processed and filled with syrupy sweet hints of cherry cola. Fruited but balanced, this coffee shines with a clean cup profile and an acidity level that is just right to make the cherry notes sing without overpowering the cup.

Finca Genesis is a 10-hectare farm established by Cabrera in 2018. 3.5 hectares of the farm are planted with 5,000 coffee trees manually harvested from July to September. The farm focuses on ecologically-conscious practices through intercropping, and offerings are sundried naturally. The region of La Paz it is located in borders Peru to the north west and is characterized by extreme terrain and rich, clean water sources thanks to the Andes mountains.
