Characterized by abundant floral aromatics, sweet character and light-to-medium body, Yirgacheffe is grown at high elevations in Ethiopia’s central region. With a zero-defect quality guarantee, Keffa Coffee promises to deliver a flawless sample in this Yirgacheffe. The beans are carefully dried on raised beds, guarded from the sun’s strongest rays during the middle hours of the day. Once dry the beans undergo two sorting processes, one by machine, and one performed by human hands. For their meticulous processing, sorters at the mill are paid twice the average wage. The final product is a clean, intense cup pronounced with citrus notes and a bright mouthfeel.
