Characterized by abundant floral aromatics, sweet character and light-to-medium body, these coffees are grown at high elevations in Ethiopia’s central region. The beans are carefully sun dried, and guarded from exposure to the strong rays during the hottest hours of the day. Once dry the beans undergo two sorting processes, one by machine, and one performed by humans hands. The final product is a clean, intense cup pronounced with citrus notes and a bright mouthfeel.
