This exceptional microlot comes to us from Bekele Yutute who has placed top 5 in the Ethiopian Cup of Excellence twice. Bekele owns two farms one in Dembe where he was born into a family of coffee growers and one in Kokose which he purchased in 2019. He grows primarily 74158, common to the quality-focused farms around Bensa and produces dry process (natural and anaerobic) coffees exclusively. He used to sell coffee to local suppliers before obtaining his export license in 2021.
This coffee brews up a beautifully floral cup with notes of raspberry tea, orange zest, and blueberry.
